Pitt Sports Camps are open to all entrants, limited only by capacity, age, grade or gender. Please refer to each camp registration page for additional information.

Coaches and counselors are University of Pittsburgh coaches and student-athletes. On certain occasions coaches from other institutions are hired to work camps. All camp employees meet the necessary clearance requirements mandated by Pennsylvania.

Registration pages close 48 hours prior to the start of a camp. There may be certain exceptions to this rule, please email pittsportscamp@athletics.pitt.edu for more information.

If registered for a residential camp, the participant will stay overnight in a dorm for the duration of the camp. Commuter camps will provide similar camp experiences but without campers staying overnight on campus – commuter campers are to be picked up each day at the end of the session.

Online registrations/payments have a processing fee of 5% of the total cost.

Please email pittsportscamp@athletics.pitt.edu with refund inquiries.

You can pay while registering online or at check-in for the camp.

Coaches and camp counselors reside in the dorms during camp and supervise the campers.

Roommate requests may be fulfilled if two campers request each other by completing the “Roommate Request” portion of the camp registration form. We cannot guarantee roommate requests will be fulfilled.

Each camp has its own requirements for what a camper should bring. These requirements can be found online within the camp registration page, and in the camp confirmation packets emailed 1 week prior to the beginning of camp.

Camp locations vary. Be on the lookout for the camp registration confirmation packets emailed 1 week prior to the beginning of the camp.

If the camp provides food or meals, there will be options to meet the dietary needs of all campers. If your camper has a food allergy or other dietary restriction, please list that information in the medical history portion of the registration form.

There are two options for camp parking:
1. OC lot, located next to the Cost Sports Center ($7 on weekdays and $3-5 on weekends)
2. Street parking where permitted

Updates and/or changes to camps will be sent via email and through our Twitter page @Pitt_CAMPS.
